Returns (UK)
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When ordering on “pay and reserve” your purchase will be considered as final.
No exchanges or refunds will be allowed after purchase.

 

Refunds (UK)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
Once approved your refund will be processed* and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days. 

*We accept returns of all unopened items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees or import duties and tax.

In the event of returned unclaimed packages at customs the above policy still applies

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns of unclaimed packages at customs 

In the event of returned unclaimed packages at customs the above policy applies from the day your parcel is available at customs to collect.

If you decide not to claim your parcel at customs please get in touch with us as soon as you are notified by your courier of the parcel being ready for clearance. Failing to contact us will result in us not authorising exchanges or refunds. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at angelo@diroma1980.net

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
