Refunds
Why we ask for these rules:
Every item we make is handcrafted with care, and returns for “try-on” purposes are very costly for our small atelier. By following this policy, you help us continue creating unique, high-quality pieces for everyone.
UK & International Returns
- We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. After that, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Made to Order and Bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable. (Unless you change your mind within 24 hours from the time you place your order)
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Orders of 2 or More Items
- Returning 50% or more of your original order incurs a 30% restocking fee on the returned items.
- Returning the entire order means the 30% fee is applied to the full original order value.
Single Item Orders
- No restocking fee applies.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
- Refunds for unworn items are minus any shipping fees or import duties/taxes.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Contact us at angelo@diroma1980.net to arrange an exchange.
- Shipping for returned or exchanged items is the customer’s responsibility.
Customs & International Packages
- If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes and your shipment is returned to us, all costs (original shipping, return shipping, customs charges, and a 30% handling fee) may be deducted from your refund. No refund if costs equal or exceed your order value.
- If you’d like us to send the item back to you, the shipping cost will be your responsibility
