"Inspired by the church in my hometown of Francavilla Fontana, Puglia, this pocket square was designed based on a photograph from a summer trip to Italy with my family.

Inspired by the silouhette of the chapel of the Mother Church (Chiesa Madre) in my town Francavilla Fontana, this design aims to seamlessly blend art with functionality and adaptability. 

Unlike other elaborate and vibrant "Arty" pocket squares, we prioritised elegance and simplicity over splash of colours and "flashiness"

When folded, the poker square reveals a solid base with understated colours, only fully revealing its artistic story when opened"

"Cu l’acqua ‘n barri e lu vin’ in cantara" translates to "With water in barrels and wine in decanters." 

This old southern Italian saying highlights the importance of reserving the best and most cherished items, such as wine, for special occasions and presenting them with care and attention. Water, being a staple and necessity, is stored in barrels, representing the everyday and the mundane. 

This proverb underscores a broader cultural wisdom about appreciating the finer things in life and the importance of differentiating between the ordinary and the extraordinary, ensuring that special moments and items are treated with the respect and significance they deserve"
