Our headquarters are based in the UK, and most of our items are dispatched from there. However, some items are shipped from Italy. At checkout you will be able to see if dispatch will be from the Uk or from Italy.

As a general rule of thumb, all made to order items are dispatched from italy

No duties are paid at import within the order total value of 135£. VAT may still be required by Uk customs authorities at entry.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Delivery times depend on the chosen option at checkout, with both Standard and Express services available. When purchasing items that are held in two different warehouses we will dispatch separately.

You have a 15-day window from the date of delivery to return your order. Please ensure the items are unworn and, if possible, in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund for the products value. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
