Our headquarters are based in the UK, and most of our items are dispatched from there. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you may be subject to a small customs adjustment fee imposed by your country customs authorities.

Made to order items are shipped from Italy.

EU Customers in Europe can take advantage of our “EU TAX FREE” lbelled items, which are shipped from Italy, ensuring no additional duties are required.

US Current legislation in the US requires a 10% Tariff on any imported goods from the UK, 25% from EUROPE. If you purchase items that are held In our Italian warehouse we will triangulate your shipments through the UK to make the most of the lower tariffs.
