Our headquarters are based in the UK, and most of our items are dispatched from there. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you may be subject to a small customs adjustment fee imposed by your country customs authorities.

Made to order items are shipped from Italy.

EU Customers in Europe can take advantage of our “EU TAX FREE” lbelled items, which are shipped from Italy, ensuring no additional duties are required.

US Current legislation in the US do not involve the payment of any extra duties as long as the order is below 800USD. 

UK. No duties are paid at import within a total order value of 125£.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Delivery times depend on the chosen option at checkout, with both Standard and Express services available.

You have a 15-day window from the date of delivery to return your order. Please ensure the items are unworn and, if possible, in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund for the products value. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
