We aim to dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Delivery times depend on the chosen option at checkout, with both Standard and Express services available.

You have a 15-day window from the date of delivery to return your order. Please ensure the items are unworn and, if possible, in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund for the product’s value. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our headquarters are based in the UK, and most of our items are dispatched from there. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you may be subject to a small customs adjustment fee imposed by your country customs authorities.

Made to order items are shipped from Italy.

We currently hold our inventory between the Uk and Italy. If you place an order from two different locations we will proceed to ship separately.
