We aim to dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Delivery times depend on the chosen option at checkout, with both Standard and Express services available.

You have a 15-day window from the date of delivery to return your order. Please ensure the items are unworn and, if possible, in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund for the product's value. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our headquarters are based in the UK, and most of our items are dispatched from there. However, some items are shipped from Italy. At checkout you will be able to see if dispatch will be from the Uk or from Italy.
